Keys 2 driver

Hi, I've got a Keys 2 that I bought on Amazon Warehouse, and I can't register it as it was already registered. This means I can't download the driver.

Thanks. I have put in several support tickets but didn't get a reply so I don't have a support ticket number. I get the feeling there's a problem with your system. I've just submitted another one, is there any way you can check whether it's in the system, or can I find out the support ticket number somewhere else (it doesn't seem to be in my account anywhere?)

For Technical Support (and an auto-acknowledgement email with a Ticket Number) you need to go via:

Maybe you were using the general Contact Us page?

Thanks very much. No I was using https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw/ but it seems that it doesn't like my email address for some reason. I've used that form with a different account and a different email address and I've received a reply so hopefully it's in progress.
