TONEX One registration?

So mine arrived today but there is no Product registration card. Should there be one?

Mine arrived on Friday, there was a registration card included.
But I have another issue:
After overwriting the first presets with my own stuff there is a fail with the ALT Colors. I now only have blue and green; No amber, Schell Pink or Purple left, these colors have disappeared. Dear Pete, is there any trick to that? If not: I'm going to live with it, too much work with sending ist back, who cares about the colors anyway (strange though)
