Amplitube 5 MIDI CC7 Volume control doesn't work

I have a Line 6 FBV Express pedal. All the stomp buttons work fine with A5 on Windows, but I cannot get the Volume/Wah pedal to work at all. I have verified that the pedal produces correct CC7 and CC11 messages with a separate Windows midi app. I used Learn to set Volume to Global control, but the pedal has no effect on the final Master volume.

How do you control Amplitube 5 Master Volume via MIDI CC 7?

Are you using the Wah pedal for the volume control ? Don't forget to switch the mode on it with the toe switch if you are.
