Lost all my gear in AmpliTube 4. I am crying

I have been using AmpliTube 4 Max for a number of years. Just didn't update on the custom shop and now lost everything. I don't have the original email with the serial number. This sucks! Tried reauthorizing the software and didn't seem to do anything. Please help me with what I can do next!

I would suggest contacting IK support, they should have a record of your order.
