Can’t do the free trial for amps

I have AmpliTube 5 SE version and I wanted to try some locked amps with the 72 hour trial. Every time I press the try now button it says error 104. I then tried pressing the buy button, and it said I needed to update the ik product manager which I’m pretty sure I have the latest version of. I’m not sure what to do.
