Tonex Tone model question.

Hi, friends - when Tone Model is AMP+CAB, how come the CAB section is still active? It seems it somehow allows me to bypass CAB section or even to change the CAB despite the fact the CAB is already imprinted in original Tone Model. This behaviour puzzles me a bit. Thanks for closer explanation. Richard.
