No answer for my support ticket #3481619

I bought the Tonex software but I have reached my download limit, which should be limitless!?
I contacted support and after trying several 'solutions' it's still not working.
Even installed everything on another laptop, which did not solve the problem.
Now it's completely silent for 5 days, no response anymore whatever I do.

Another user had the same problem and that was solved by support. They had to tinker with the system to change the registration status from Tonex CS to Tonex.

Why do I have to wait so long!!??
