Amplitube 5 max gear gone

after i tried to use max as a vst in ableton live, all of my gear disappered. it doesnt even offer the free version.as in free pedals etc.i have tried editing registry, removing as many instances. re authorising. uninstalling. custom shop. new serial in manager. still nothing. oh and it crashed previously using looper. in looper a different setup ie different amps etc to main page. i changed them. crashed. changed it back. worked. odd? i believe i need a totally fresh install of max 5. i have a ticket 7069862.. nothing logical works. maybe on ik's end it can be fixed? i cant.
