Amplitube 5 recording file doesn't have the effects

I have a problem when recording with Amplitube 5. The presets that I used in Amplitube doesn't reflect in the recording .wav file. Even though I can hear the track normally inside Amplitube, the recording file sound comes out with a clean sound.
