Did you create an account? At any rate, the IK product manager might help.
Windows 11, i5 11600k, 32 gigs of ram, Audient id4 @ 32 buffer. 44.1k sample rate.

Have a good luck around your User Area on the IKM web site. You may find them in the MY Products section or do you have to choose them first, under the Promotions section.
Or. download and install the IK Product Manager; run it nd log in and see what products are listed there.
