Amplitube not changing presets

Hi I am using Amplitube 5 in Gig performer in a live stage rig, and sending it PCs from my hardware keyboard. I can place a MIDI monitor in line right before Amplitube in Gig Performer and it shows the PC message so Amplitube is definitely getting it. I do have PCs mapped to my presets in Amplitube but the presets do not change., I have Amplitube set up to receive on all MIDI channels. I have searched the manual as well as forum and google search but can find nothing to help me. What could be going on??
