Locked Amps and Gear

Postby Khalbii1 » Sun Feb 20, 2022 11:09 pm

I purchased AmpliTube 5, however some of the amps and gear, which should be included are still showing a lock icon. I've registered and restored purchases and it's still the same.

I’m up to date with Amplitube 5 Max and am having the same problem, with the Mesa Boogie2 stuff remaining locked. I’ve done everything prescribed to remedy, with no change.

AmpliTube 5 MAX does not include MESA/Boogie 2 as that was released after AmpliTube 5 MAX. You can find exactly what is in each version of AmpliTube 5 at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/amplitube5/

Ok. FYI…The “what’s included in 5.3” print made me think, that it would be included in the update.

^^^^
DO you mean this (from the IKPM)?

Changes from version 5.2.0:
New certified gear models from Mesa/Boogie:
Mark IIC+
MarkV
California Tweed
Triple Crown
1x12 California Tweed
2x12 California Tweed
2x12 Road King
4x12 Road King Black
4x12 Road King Vintage
General optimizations and bug fixes.

I agree that that is open to misinterpretation. it suggests that those new gear models are included. It would be better, imo, if it said something like "Support for new certified gear models from Mesa/Boogie:" (I have advised Support about that sort of wording in the past.)
