Amplitube 5 Mesa Boogie Collection and Ultra tuner issue.

Cheers,

Is there any way to actually contact support? Looks like the IK site only lets you go round 'n' round insisting you check and re-check the Manuals and FAQs, doing everything possible to hide an actual support contact form from you.

This is extremely annoying, specially when you're faced with issues that have nothing to do with the documentation but are instead bugs in Amplitube.

Since the introduction of the virtual X-Gear Pedals in Amplitube 5, the Ultra Tuner displays the wrong note names (It doesn't display sharps) while the embedded tuner in the main Amplitube window works correctly.

Also, the Warning Message about Gear in Trial Mode still pops up every now and then, which it means like every 2 times you fire up Amplitube, you need to close it, Run the IK Product Manager, unauthorize, then re-authorize Amplitube 5 and launch it again to get rid of the Pop-up.

In the current Build, neither of these issues was resolved. Not only that but one of the new Mesa Boogie 2 Collection amps has one dial that doesn't work at all... Each Channel on the Triple Crown 100 has a Soak option to lower the wattage from 3 to 100 watts and none of the dials actually move, which I assume wasn't supposed be this way.

Any thoughts?

Cheers and Happy Holidays, everyone

Sorry to hear you are having a problem. I'm not sure what would cause this but the IK Support team would be happy to provide direct and official technical support to help resolve your issue. They can be reached at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support which does require that you search the FAQ first from that page. This is because many issues are resolved quickly via FAQ without the need to wait for IK Support. However, if you don't find what you need when you search the FAQ you will see a link/button that directs you to open a ticket with IK Support. Once you do that, an IK Support rep will happily assist you with the issues you are having.

Thank you.
