Non-Amplitube effects in Amplitube

Is it possible to insert other VSTs into the effects chain inside of Amplitube?

You cannot insert other effects into AmpliTube's chain.

I certainly understand this from a business perspective....but it sure would be nice if you could. :D

I guess in most cases you could just put the other plugins in front of Amplitube. Or if you had enough processing power you could have two instances of Amplitube with another plugin (or set of plugins) in between. Not sure I'll ever need to test that out though.

Sure, if you're in the context of a DAW. I'd like the capability of using 3rd party plugins for when I use the standalone AT app. I don't want to have to run Logic or Pro Tools at a gig to get the tones I want.
