Upgrade from A5 SE

I have A5 SE, if I were to upgrade to A5 what would the cost be ?
I see were A5 is $199.00, is that the full price, upgrade price or both ?

And then there after, going to A6, A7 and so forth do you also pay the full price of $199.00 again every year (or when ever the new versions come out) ?

You can get a coupon from IK Support that will allow you to upgrade from SE to 5.
