Product Manager - Can't Reinstall AmpliTube[Resolved]

Hi. Was having some system issues on my iMac, running latest Mac OS. Dragged AmpliTube 5 and three other IK apps to the trash and deleted the applications. Ran a keyword search and deleted associated folders.

Uninstalled Product Manager. Restarted. Reinstalled Product Manager. Fired it up and it says AmpliTube and the other software is still "Installed and Authorized" on my machine. Now I can't reinstall it.

How can I force a reinstall of AmpliTube? Suggestions welcome!

Hello kayebw1234 and welcome to the forum.

How did you solve this? Ideally, uninstalling on a Mac should be done via the Uninstaller that comes with the original installation package to make sure all traces are removed.

On the products page, under "Prior Releases" you can manually grab the install pack for the latest version. Download. Run "Uninstall" just to be sure...then re-install. Thanks!

Great! Yep, that's the best way to uninstall on a Mac.
