Can't hear myself

Hello, I'm trying to test amplitube 5 using my scarllet Focusrite Solo 3gen and i can't hear myself playing on windows.
I'm connecting it as usual:
Technology: ASIO, Input: Focusrite USB ASIO, output: Focusrite USB ASIO. Left and Right channel I already chose all options and none of them made me listen to myself.
Buffer Size 256, same as my audio interface buffer, MIDI inpute as "ANY".

As an example, unfortunately I'll must say that when I'm using guitar rig, for instance, I have to click on "R" to listen to myself playing, without the direct monitor ( from the interface ).

I couldn't find this option on AmpliTube 5 ( free version ) and I'm not able to hear myself.
Am I doing something wrong ?
Thanks for the help !!

Hi victoraad00 and welcome to the forums.

Sorry to hear you're having these problems.

The most obvious thing with the Solo is that it is channel 2 which is the guitar input. Firstly, please make sure you have selected Channel 2 as the Left Input in AT5 settings. Others have been successful by then having Input 1 shown on the Right Input as well, but this is not widespread.

So, even though you can't hear yourself through the software can you hear your clean guitar when you have Direct Monitoring on? This will check that all other connections are correct.

If the above has been done, can you see a signal coming into AT5 on the meters in the bottom left hand corner? If so, does it also appear on the output meters in the bottom right hand corner?

Finally, there is this possible solution found by another user of Focusrite ASIO, which entails amending a properties file, but this is at your own risk

I am having the same issue, no sound from A5 thru Solo 3rd gen,
When I am using ASIO as Technology Focusrite is not an option as Input,
only option I get is ASIO4ALL and fniusbwc4800 1 and fniusbwc4800 2 as left and right input
Same thing for Output options. ASIO4ALL and fniusbwc4800 1 and fniusbwc4800 2
No signal showing in A5 and no sound from speakers connected to headphone jack on PC,
Win10 64 bit
