AmpliTube not working

Hey guys.
I've not used AmpliTube 3 and 4 for sometime now, but pulled them out to give them a go.
I'm using a Focusrite 2i2 interface and although I have the settings right in the GUI (ASIO) and it shows the correct input and output channels; I just can't get either version to work.
Any ideas?

Does the interface work as expected with other software (DAW, YouTube etc.)?
Are you outputting to speakers or headphones?
Can you hear the clean guitar sound when you have Direct Monitoring switched on?
Are you seeing any activity on the input and output meters in the AT GUI?
If you use a DAW, does AT work if you use it as a plugin effect rather than standalone?

Answering those questions might give us some direction for suggestions.

Yes to everything except no signal shown in the AmpliTube GUI - Stand alone or in DAW (Mixcraft 9 Pro Studio).

OK - Update-
It will work 'after the fact' in my DAW. I add it to a pre-recorded piece (DI) and it will work. But I can't get it to work in standalone mode. I want to be able to trial amps and effects from my guitar prior to recording. Even the tuner does not work. I can't do this in DAW mode either

Ok, it sounds like this post might be worth looking at. However, as it says, if you don't want to edit your own settings files then following the link and opening a support ticket would be your best option.
