Can't get effects working

I downloaded Amplitube 5 and have a PreSonus Audiobox USB. Plugged everything in and can have sound comping through to the headphones. I can see that Amplitube has input and output coming in and can use the tuner.

Problem is, the effects are never applied. I have the amp and pedals selected and powered on but the effects are not being applied to the sound. It's just guitar going straight through.

Hello rmonforti and welcome to the forums.

It sounds like a Direct Monitoring issue. Check that the mixer knob is turned all the way clockwise to "Playback"
