Amplitube 5 Buffer Size Issue

Postby goonstwone » Tue Dec 22, 2020 2:26 pm

I own a Behringer Uphoria UM2 and Amplitube 5 doesn't seem to be working properly with any buffer size setting under 512. If I go down to say 128, the signal gets completely dry with no amplitube present. At 256 there's a weird pulsing crackle that is heard. Any help would be appreciated. I am running ASIO4ALL V2 FYI. The dry signal sounds fine, it's when it runs through A5 that I start to have issues. Thanks.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you have not done so already, I would suggest opening a ticket with IK Support via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support for direct and official technical assistance. I'm sure they can figure it out and get you up and running.

For some unofficial/user-to-user support I would recommend using the ASIO drivers for your interface from the interface manufacturer for best results. That may likely resolve the issue for you, and in general is a best practice.
