AmpliTube 4 MAX/Total Studio 2 MAX question

I'm really curious about this..someone please reply.

I have Amplitube 4 (and A4 MAX)..what happens if I buy Total Studio 2 Max, which includes Ampltube 4..do I get a second license , or does it get swallowed up?
