Yes and no
All of your modules in TR4 and AT3 should be available to you in TR5 and AT4.
However, if you have old DAW projects with either AT3 or TR4, they will not open properly if you uninstall them. Both TR5 and AT4 are new versions but not replacements. You will need to either open old projects and render/export/bounce out audio files, or manually replace older versions with the newer versions before you uninstall.
