Not what you think

So when I restart my DAW with any session using the AmpliTube 4 deluxe edition I bought for classes a couple yrs back no pedals are present, no fx work. Basically have to start my sound from scratch. I play all kinds of music and sometimes it's for others. Still if it closed with things they would one might think be there on restart w/o need for a custom preset?

That is not the normal behaviour. Can you tell us the DAW (and version)? Otherwise we would only be guessing.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chime in [#]. Meanwhile, the best thing to do is check the FAQs, via here. If they do not resolve the issue, there is a link to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Response time is usually within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

Hi kent318

If you're not saving an AT4 custom preset, are you saving the DAW session before you shut down/restart? If you are saving the DAW project, then as DarkStar says this is not expected behaviour. What DAW are you using?

Thanks guys that's already helpful. I'm using MC 8 pro fully updated sorry I'm away from the studio pc right now but they are on 9 now. Yes I did and do save before exit I'm afraid it's more windows related than the software but it's always behaved that way. I figured by now I should have found something in the forums if it was common. It's also windows 7 an HP beats desktop with a 6 core amd 10 gigs ram and running a UR-RT4 with neves. My AmpliTube seems complete and updated don't think I'm missing anything there but will check all the details in the AM

Darkstar I don't believe they update 8 anymore if your unfamiliar with that company. I never noticed any difference when using PT12 an up to whatever came after 2k either if it helps.

I am sorry to hear about your grandmother. Go concentrate on your family and come back to this later on.
