AmpliTube Max Crossgrade [Resolved]

I am trying to order Amplitide Max, but when I go to buy it, only the Crossgrade version pops up. What is the difference between AmpliTube Max and AmpliTube Max Crossgrade?

It's cheaper. The gear content and functionality is the same.

You are offered the crossgrade as you already have a Qualifying Product (one whose List Price is 99.99 or more) in your IK Multimedia Account.
