AmpliTube 4 Deluxe vs AmpliTube Max

Postby Sandro153 » Wed Jun 03, 2020 10:19 pm

Can anybody explain to me why the AmpliTube 4 Deluxe is $299.00 and AmpliTube Max is $149.00 and is not on sale? It cost like AmpliTube 4, am I missing something?

Thanks
Sandro

Isn't that the crossgrade price? You must have some Qualifying Product (list price > 99.99). I do not think that there is a crossgrade to AT4 Deluxe.

I just purchased AmpliTube 4 Max on June 2, 2020, the last day of a half-price sale on Max, at $250. Then today, I was checking back to see any new promotions, and I noticed the same thing ($149 price for Max), and was just about to have a fit, and getting ready to call Customer Service first thing in the morning, and rant and rave... Then I figured it out: the website recognizes that I have already purchased a previous product over $99, and thus only offers me the Crossgrade/Upgrade price for Max.

Seems like the same situation for you.

Now we can all relax. Except for the fact that I also just realized I missed the Promo for getting Max for free, if I had Pre-Ordered the new Axe I/O Solo by May 31, which I have just decided is the Audio Interface I want. Now I have to buy the Solo at $250, and will get AmpliTube 4 Deluxe included, which I now don't need. Wah Wah for me

While you are right and feel you can relax, please know that this has been discussed as confusing and we've alerted our IT team about finding a better way to express this pricing when you already have a product.

I applaud you for figuring it out but confirm it is confusing and we've alerted the troops about it :D
