It has been more than one week since I sent in a support request for my brand-new Irig Pro Keys. Why have I not heard back from anyone?

Hello skrosse and welcome to the forum.

A week is a bit long to wait for a reply, but IK Support has seen a surge in requests during the C19 crisis. I can't really comment further on that, as I don't have direct contact with them.

If you review the guidelines here viewtopic.php?f=5&t=19505" (specifically #1) regarding posting and support tickets, but bear in mind that as it is now the weekend you may have to wait until next week to get a response.
