Standalone authorized but plugin won't

This has been an issue that has not been resolved for months.
But decided to buy MAX and thought maybe that would solve issue.
Nope. plugin still won't work.

Also beachball when touching preset list for 30 seconds in standalone or plugin each launch on a very fast computer.

What is the fix for all your plugins?

this is happening with all IK Multimedia plugins. All standalone work ok. t-racks 5 max plugin shows "this product already authorized..." dialog but plugin lock stays red.

restarting did not help.

uninstalling and reinstalling.
fixed the preset loading issue.
but authorization not working for plugins.

Hello dz999 and welcome to the forums.

This sounds like an issue specific to your system I'm afraid. I'm running the same OS and version of Logic and am not experiencing these problems.

Apart from double checking that you are using the correct serial numbers for the purchased products (you'll find the CS versions have different serial numbers) I would suggest that working with the official support team will be the best thing to do as they can give you one-to-one help.

This has been an issue that has not been resolved yet via email.

I'm guessing this means you have already contacted support, so continue with this action until you are satisfied that the problem is resolved.

Were you having the problems before LPX10.4.8 was released then, as it has only been out for 3 weeks?

Either way, if you feel that your problem has not been satisfactorily dealt with you can do either of the following:

1) Reply to your last ticket/email asking Support for any updates they may have to deal with your issue.
