Amplitube 4 Licensing

If I purchase Amplitube 4 for PC will I get the same software and packs for Ipad through the app store, or do I have to purchase everything all over again?

I assume if using Microsoft sureface licensing would be the same but looking for a live solution without dragging a laptop around.

The PC/MAC and Android/iOS apps are built on separate platforms and would need to be purchased separately from their respective online sellers/app stores.

I believe that the PC version will run on the MS Surface but have no personal experience of it.
