changing pitch by a half step

Hi,

If I uploaded an MP3 file to the amplitube (free version) recorded. The pitch in the bottom allows me to change the pitch of the recording, but only in full steps. When I enter a -0.5 value it returns to zero.
How can I change the pitch by a half step?

-1 would be a half-step down. -2 would be a whole step.
