Amplitube 32bit

Postby robweber » Thu Mar 14, 2019 12:18 am

Hi guys,

New owner of iRig HD 2 and Amplitube 4 here! Great products, enjoying them very much! A couple questions, I have a 32bit Windows tablet that I would like to install Amplitube on but as I understand it, only amplitube 3 is 32bit. Is there anyway to download a legacy installer for that version since I am an owner of the current version? Also in the iRig info it says I receive a full version of the IOS app, but it seems like certain items like the Wharmonator for example and all the amps like the Fender, Orange, etc all require additional purchase. I registered the IOS app to my IK account and entered the serial from the My Products page. Am I doing something wrong? How do unlock all the features of the IOS app? That was the main draw of the iRig, the portability of having a fully featured Amplitube CS on my phone. Thanks all!

Hello robweber and welcome to the forum.

AT4 is a different product from AT3 so I do not think that you will be able to download that previous version. But, you could always contact Sales Support to see if they can do anything.

Or, try at KvR Audio "Sell & Buy" to see if anyone has an AT3 licence to transfer to you.

As for the IOS app - this page
https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/amplitubeios/index.php?p=gear
lists what is included. And, yes, other gear models can be purchased separately. What features are you missing?

AmpliTube 4.3 or earlier works on a 32 bit Mac so, it may work on 32 bit windows as well.

Thanks guy. As for the IOS features, on the IK website for iRig HD 2, it says:

*Comes with AmpliTube 4 for Mac/PC
*Unlocks full version features and gear of AmpliTube for iOS (Free download from App Store)

https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/irighd2/

I’m trying to figure out what “full version” features are being unlocked in the IOS app because it seems like I still have to buy all the pedals, effects, cabs and amps.

Thanks for the input!

Ok great, it looks like I have everything listed. It’s just a little confusing and misleading when it says “paid full version” in the manual, but this clears it up. Thank you!!
