Trial cab not showing up Amplitube4

I went to the Custom Shop while in AT4 plugin and downloaded an Ampeg bass cab on a trial basis. The transaction appeared to go fine, but the cab is not showing up for use in AT4. Or I can’t find it in the Ampeg 2 collection.

Any ideas appreciated.

Hi Billy86 and welcome to the forum.

You must keep the Custom Shop app open in the background while trialing pieces of gear.

If you have done this and it's still not working, I would suggest putting a ticket into IK Official Support here https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/

Wow. That’s a key piece of information for a first time user. I’ve lost two of the three day trial period. But thank you for the information. I’ll see if that does the trick.
