[RESOLVED] Custom shop won't let me login to restore my gear

Postby kraznet » Wed Jan 30, 2019 7:33 pm

I sent a support ticket already but maybe some here can help?

Fresh install of Windows 10 on a 2nd SSD OS drive (dual boot) Installed and authorized AmpliTube 4.8.1. Opened custom shop to restore my gear. But when I log in I get a message saying "Max authorizations reached" which is untrue as I have 7 left according to my account. This is a major problem as I need the gear for my projects.

This is something that IK Support, who have direct access to your account and the IK system, will have to take care of. Also note the guidelines at viewtopic.php?f=10&t=19505 specifically the points about posting whilst having an active support ticket.

They should get back to you and get you sorted, unfortunately it is just one of those issues that will require direct access to your account. No problem, we can leave the topic for now.
