Amplitube Gear instead of Max gear [Resolved]

Hi all,

some months ago I bought Amplitube Max. Never use it, now the time came.

On my Mac, I installed and registered the MAX using the Authorisation Manager, but I had previously registered just Amplitube 4. So now, I have both in the Authorisation Manager.

My problem is:
I do not see the gear from the MAX, only from standard Amplitube 4. Every time I want to use the gear from MAX I am sent to the Custom Shop to buy the gear.

How ro remove the authorisation of Amplitube 4, so I can start using the gear I paid for when I bought MAX?

Very annoying problem.
BTW - looks like I have similar problem on iPad, where I cannot see the gear that shall be there (I purchased iRig PRO I/O, so a lot of gear shall appear on my iPad after authorisation).

Hi firstmiro and welcome to the forums.

The only thing I can suggest for the Mac install is to go to the Custom Shop and sign in. Then in the AmpliTube section click on the ‘Gear’ tab and chose ‘Restore My Gear’. That may work.

As for the iPad version, I have no experience with it, but it might be a similar solution.

If not, I’m sure someone with a bit more knowledge than me will chime in shortly.
