tech support broken?

Postby americanwoodworks » Sun Feb 18, 2018 9:08 pm

Iv'e been trying all morning to message tech support to no avail.
After filling out all the required personal info on the forms multiple times I get the same message " ERROR: Missing required parameters: tim cox -----my email inserted---- - US ."
I get the same message over and over even though my email is typed in twice. I can only assume its broken?

I was just able to submit a ticket - please make sure you are using the support input form and not the general request contact form

thank you Peter,
You were correct. I went back and started with my computer info. option which led to a page for identifying my problem. Started on the wrong form. Hopefully I can get this fixed soon.
thank you for your help Peter

No problem! I’ll still relay the issue you had with the general contact form in case that is more widespread.
