Hi.
I have just installet amplitube 3 and 4 on a new PC, windows 10. Both the standalone version and the VST plugin can not load the presets - Amplitube chrases.
I have never had problems with Amplitube before! What can I du?

Please make sure you have the latest updates from your IK User Area. If you have the latest version and still have issues you may want to uninstall and reinstall (backing up any presets you've made) but I’d recommend consulting IK Support before doing so.

I have tried all the things you suggest, but its the same, so I think you are right, i must consult Ik.
