I have the first Ampeg pack bought a few years back and I would like the upgrade but I can only buy it for the full price. I don't remember my old account information how can I get the discounted upgrade please help

Your User Area Account is the same as your forum one, but It looks like you have set up a new one.
Your best bet is to contact IK Multimedia Support here
https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-us/ContactIKForm.phpwill your personal details and list of registered products (they might ask for a Serial Number or two) so that they can try to track down your original User Account.
