New iMac

I recently purchased a brand new iMac 10.14.4. I am trying to get my IK products transferred to the new computer. Every time I try to download something, I get the following message:

The installation failed. The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.

Does anybody have any ideas about this?

Hello strtmstr and welcome to the forums.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. If this is happening after you have downloaded the most up-to-date software installer for an app and tried to run it, I would suggest that you open a ticket with official IK support in case no one else chimes in here with advice. You can contact them via this link: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/

If however, these installers are coming from a backup of your old Mac I would advise downloading the newest versions from your User Area.
