AmpliTube 4 not launch

Help. AmpliTube 4 (free desktop version) not open in windows 10. I’m not using sequencer. I want using standalone. AmpliTube load from my account. Entered serial number. Sample Tank launch, Synthronik launch, AmpliTube not launch. Why? Tell me please about this.
