ToneNET not working!!!!!

I have a problem with ToneNET! I paid a lot of money for product which not working!
I am using iOS version on iPad Pro m2. It stoped working after two days ago.

Please try again since the devs/IT have updated ToneNET and it should resolve this for many. If it does not please continue to work with IK Support because the do assist each and every person who opens a ticket and will continue to help to resolve your issue.
