Access 104 Error

Access 104 Error

Hi I get this error message when I click on the Try button in Collections.
Does anyone know how to fix it please.

Affirmative,

Persisting today, as well as Product Manager stuck on the wheel not spinning until you click off the screen. This isn't good for anyone as the end user can't "TRY" and the partners can lose potential sales.

Had already contacted support.

Another forum topic came up in a search and a user suggested to logout and back in to Product Manager, and that worked here.
