Stuck on step 2/4 in wizard when setting up account

Just reporting on an issue,
When trying to create tonenet profile, I am stuck on the second step under profile. I am filling out my nickname, DOB and agreeing to terms and conditions into the wizard, however, when I click create, the following error comes up: "Create account failed, please retry or contact support (Code:INTERNAL SERVER ERROR 0)"

Does anyone else have this issue?

Used google chrome on my MacBook Pro and got through.
All good with AmpliTube now.
