I have the unit for a couple of years now and it's never worked. But I want to update the firmware, to get rid of the whacky pitch-bend behaviour, but I can't connect to the updater, either.
I've followed the steps in the FAQ but nothing I do can make the MIDI OUTPUT selector go from red to white. Even with no other applications running, it stubbornly stays red. I've tried two different USB cables, no difference.
I've opened a ticket with IK but I thought I'd ask here, too.
