Hardware Registration

I have registrated two products (Uno Synth + Drum).But in the Product Manager shows only one Hardware .I tried to register one more time,but it isn`t possible because of registrated yet.How to manage this issue?Thank you.

Please contact Sales/Account Support, via here. You will be able to search the FAQs first, but if they do not resolve your issue, there is a red button link to the Support form. Sales Support can look at your Account and see what's going on.
