Used UNO Synth - no software

How can I get the Uno Synth Software? I bought the hardware used and did not include a card with serial but the hardware does have serial number. When entering the number on IK Product Manager it is not recognized. It is 1 digit difference from hardware serial. How can I get the software to make this work better?
