UNO synth CC transmit remap?

Hi, I’ve recently got a MIDI > CV board that has a limited range of CC values that it can receive, and then convert to CV values to send into (semi) modular gear… i was hoping to see it with my little UNO, but it turns out that none of the CC values it understands can be sent by the UNO (apart from note and velocity).

I’m wondering is there an onboard way to remap the values sent by the UNO, as I’ve contacted the manufacturer of the converter and they’ve confirmed their piece is unable to change, but suggested it might be possible with the IK gear… I’d presumed it’d be all good, as the board’s values use things like 74 for cutoff, but turns out the UNO uses 20 for that, I’m not that experienced with sequencer hardware so maybe this isn’t unusual…

A shame if not, but thought I’d ask here before asking the support team
