problem with midi out - arp - Logic

Postby cevasco » Sat Nov 10, 2018 11:43 am

Hi!
I'm using the Uno on Logic by usb. It' possible to set off the midi out of Uno?
I've selected all the parameters of the editor but it's still active.

The problem is that, when the Uno playng notes I've written on logic and the arp is on, the arp signal is sended to all the other midi channel and all the others synth and samplers.

Someone find the same problem? It'is a Logic trouble?

( I've opened a ticket )

tks,
Simon

Hey Cevasco,

Thanks for posting here.

Please work with IK Multimedia technical support in your ticket. This is not a technical support forum, but a user-to-user contact forum for discussion. See the post below for our new rules/guidelines for posting.

Just as a note. Keep in mind, the UNO Synth should allow you to change the MIDI OUT channel in the UNO Synth Editor settings. To do on your unit, tap the ALT button, then the MIDI button twice (This is the A# 2 key on your UNO Synth). Use the DATA Up/Down buttons to change the output channel. I hope this helps in the meantime.

Hi Ryan,
thanks for answer, I've tried to do as you write me, but now the arp doesn't work.
I've solved this using the midi fx arpeggiator on logic.

I would double check with support. Changing the MIDI Channel shouldn't stop the ARP from working.
