MTM problem after upgrade

MTM problem after upgrade

Hi. Anyone having this problem? After upgrading to the latest software version, one of the two MTM, does not remember the calibration. After calibration, and power off (after work), when you turn it on it sets to FLAT and you have to do the measurement all over again. Very inconvenient. In the previous version of the software, there was no such problem. Anyone have a similar problem? Have there been any solutions yet? Will it have to be sent back for repair?

I also had this problem after upgrading to the latest software version, one of the two MTMs didn't remember the calibration

Not likely to need to be sent back for repair. However, you will need to contact IK Support and let them know you are having this issue and they'll take it from there to assist you and get you up and running. Thanks!
