Did iLoud micro reveal how noisy my guitar truly is?

I try to keep this short and I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but here goes.
I have Squier strat which I have modified with some Dimarzio pickups and I've been playing it with iRig HD 2 through my home stereo. The amp is some basic Sony home theater thingy with many inputs like Video, CD, Phono etc. The speakers are some SPL pro tower types. I've connected iRigs headphone jack into my stereos "video" input and that way everyting works great. I don't need any noise gates or anything from amplitube to keep it noise free.
So now I bought these iLoud micros and was planning on getting rid of my big speakers. However when I plug iRig into iLoud micro there's significantly more noise than with my home stereo. I have noticed that my home stereo sounds just like iLouds if I plug iRig into "phono" input. Is there any way to make iLoud input work like "video" input in my Sony amplifier. I've also tried my guitar with pc amplitube and headphones and there seems to be no noise as well. Any thoughts?
Here's a link what it sounds like with iLouds.

Resolved. The simple fix was to connect iRig HD2 to the iLoud 3,5mm input and not RCA.
Now sounds like this
