iLoud MTM - one monitor's LED stays green

I have an MTM pair. On one, the front LED light is white. On the other, it stays green.

The manual only references the green LED as active during calibration, which I completed and then unplugged the mic.

I have contacted support, but curious if anyone here knows why this is occurring. A factory reset made no change. Thanks!

A green LED is all related to calibration.

Has the firmware been updated on these units?

If so and there is no change, please contact the support team as an exchange may be necessary.

One of mine does that too but it's not green green, it's just slightly greenish white, greener than the white LED on the other one, like a LED QC issue. Nothing to lose any sleep over.
