Iloud MTM pressed button

Hi everyone,

Nice to meet you all.

I love my new ILoud MTM speakers but I have a problem with one of the speakers !! The button is too pressed so sometimes I can not even turn on the speaker !!!

What should I do ? How can I send it to after sales services ?

Hello Peter,

i'm quiet annoyed, it's been a while and I still have no answers from IK multimedia part. My speaker taht cost more than 300 euros and have less than a year is defective and this is not normal.

Please ask your SAV to answer or find a solution.
